Frame:
The framework of all items in the Summer collection is made from
Acacia wood.
Acacia wood is durable, water resistant and scratch resistant.
It has an attractive natural grain pattern which compliments the design of the Summer collection.
Fabric:
The fabric used on all Summer collection cushions is 200GSM
Olefin fabric.
Olefin is our preferred fabric for cushions, it has characteristics that mean it is a better fabric to use than polyester.
It is more durable, has better colourfastness, is more comfortable and has better stain, mould and mildew resistance.
Rope:
The rope used throughout the Summer collection is 4mm Olefin rope.
Similarly to the reasons behind using this fabric for our cushions, the same characteristics of Olefin
mean it is a better material for the rope on our garden furniture too.
Table-top:
The table-top material used across the entire Summer collection is
'Polycrete.
This is a high-quality material composed of a combination of aggregates. It has increased strength and is more durable than traditional concrete as well as being lighter in weight, more versatile and very low-maintenance.
